Volkswagon Beetle

Is the Volkswagon Beetle the most popular car of all time? Possibly. The original Beetle, with its strange rear engine, was popular in its own time and then became a cult car that's still sought after today. Now the new Beetle, with its perky engine and flower holder, immediately took the market by storm and after several years is still going strong. One thing that seems strange to me about the new Beetle: there's an excessive amount of head room. Somehow, the car just seems too tall when I see someone sitting in it with an extra foot of space above their head.
