Convertable cars

I've had one convertable myself, and I have a friend who's had at least two. Here are my thoughts on convertables. I don't care for them.

To elaborate...

Most importantly, convertable soft tops wear out. When they get worn they look bad and eventually you may have to pay a bunch of money to replace them. And if the back window is plastic, then that starts to look really bad when it gets worn. More expense.

Less importantly, I just don't see what the big attraction is to have the top down. It's windy.

But if you're a convertable person, then that's all there is to it. If you love 'em, then you love 'em and you probably don't understand why anyone wouldn't.

I have nothing against hard top convertables though. If you want to put the top down, then you can.
