IT Graduate Roles

In Response To: Mercedies Benz (Dave)

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to apply for a position as an IT Graduate Role or a IT Assistant. I recently graduated with an honours degree in Business Information Technology (Computer Science) and have 5 years of customer service experience. Studying Business Information Technology has enabled me to develop a range of skills, in particular working in a group as well as on my own and solving problems. I have a range of experience, which as further developed my ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of people and contribute effectively in team working relationships. I have 2 years voluntary experience of IT Helpdesk/Technician during my time in studies where I have helped people who had problems with computers such as Printing and general PC troubleshooting. I would enjoy the opportunity to work closely in multidisciplinary teams and draw upon my creativity, numerical skills to help others. I have over four years customer service experience from working at Morrison, my duties included handling any enquiries from customers and dealing with customer complaints on a daily basis. I ensured that stock was continually rotated and was available at all times for customers to purchase. I can be available for an interview at short notice, and if successful would be available to start work in two weeks. Thank you for your time in this matter and I look forward to hearing from you.
